Terms and conditions of acceptance

Initial Purchase Order must be a minimum of 1,000 mobile phones of  each model of the  vp007 and  vp777 ranges, as long as the minimum combined order is 10,000 phones or more.  

Payment Terms 

The distributor will pay for each order as follow:

30% deposit with each order to be paid by T/T or bank to bank Transfer  to our nominated bank account issued on invoice for payment from Thain-S UK

T-Tech have the right to reject any payment which is not comply with the issued invoice, as T-Tech will not change or bend it's payment policy for any company or distributor.
